1. Return Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
• Returns due to allergic reactions are not accepted.

2. Refund Process

• Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 7 business days.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

3. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed if the received product is damaged or incorrect.
• Customers must provide proof (photos/videos) when requesting an exchange.
